Even though it might have seemed like I had my speech down and was confident, I don't think I would have nailed it as well as I did without your support. You gave me the much needed little push to shine on the stage. Additionally I don't know where we would be with our Summit planning without you. Your hard headedness, attention to detail, and calm, thoughtful, positive attitude really helps us get through each year.

Yesterday was absolutely magical. Thank you so much for making it such an unforgettable experience - I felt so special, even though I was a supporting cast member.

I was touched by your words in the card to 'Be the dream weaver!' So, I think I will! 💙 I appreciated your help so much with our process improvement project. Thank you for introducing me to that process of problem solving and helping me see there was a way to get it accomplished. You are awesome at what you do, and I look forward to crossing paths again as well.

Your editing is amazing. It was so much fun to see the changes you made and how it added to the story. Thank you. And thank you for letting me slip in around the 11th hour. I can't tell you how much that meant to be part of it.

If I could somehow “design” a strategic planning facilitator, it would be Sarah Moss. All of her strengths funnel into this work in a way that I’ve never seen, even with other quality facilitators in the past.
First, she listens, and holds space for conversations, ideas, and processing. She really values the voice of the group, comfortable in silence and in asking questions and in letting exchanges about deep questions take shape organically.
Second, she is, as she says, a civic dreamer and strategic thinker. She poses the right questions, nudges priority-making without giving leading answers, and helps the organization dream big and come up with practical plans to how to achieve those dreams. She at once holds the big picture and the details in elegant balance.
Third, she is an outstanding writer, focused on clarity and accuracy, but also willing to sprinkle in just the right amount of inspirational flair and flourish.
All of this from Sarah Moss is delivered in the context of deep relationship-building and delving into an understanding of where the organization needs to, and can, evolve.
With Sarah, your organization isn’t just yet another client but is a personal, conscious investment of her time, energy, and experience. Your plan is her pride and part of her building a better community and world, one plan at a time.

You’ve delivered as advertised. Thank you for rescuing me from failing miserably at trying to put this together myself!

I also want to thank you for your leadership of the Colorado Chapter. You and Doug have been a joy to work with, and have left the Colorado Chapter in good shape for the future. Hopefully we still get to work together from time to time!

I appreciated the hands-on approach to this session. I really felt like I walked away from the course with tools to be able to make a tangible impact on my work and community. I like the hands on exercises and ability to work through these tools with my classmates.

I really thought about this portion of the class as operationalizing innovation. I feel like the tools I learned in class provide me the opportunity to start making small process improvements to my own workflows to be able to make a positive impact on my community. Process improvement doesn't have to be huge to make a meaningful impact on user experience and services provided.

A belated thank you for your help and support during last week's Election Night event. So happy that we're celebrating a win, and so grateful to have had the opportunity to provide the soundtrack for the night at the Palladium. Grateful that our paths have crossed, and hopeful that we'll be able to work again in the future.
